My First Property Purchase

So I decided to do a little shopping on the weekend and picked myself up a nice little property!!

Yes, that's right, I am about to leap onto the property ladder by purchasing a terraced property in Walderslade Woods, Kent.

Nothing is 100% certain as gazumping is legal here in England. However, the vendors have already bought a new house and seem to be very keen on a quick, easy sale, so I am hoping everything will go through smoothly!

There are 2 bedrooms - so plenty of room for guests to come and stay!!!
